let it snow? [26 Dec 2009|02:33pm] fairyvomit [ mood | calm ] It's snowing. A lot. My mum's partner estimated that we've had 45 centimetres the last 24 hours...and it's still snowing. It is supposed to clear up tomorrow, and then it'll get icy cold next week...they have predicted between -18 and -25 celsius, at least. Got to love the Norwegian winters! Now I should get ready to go to my dad's house. We're having pinnekjøtt (basically rack of lamb (I think) made in a traditional Norwegian manner) which is delish...and then my brother anD I have to help him with his computer and internet and such. He has broadband now! Amazing! And both he and my grandfather are on facebook...this amuses me greatly. I think I will have to wear the lovely ruby and hammered silver I got from corporeal along with some other Christmas presents...such as my laptop bag (as I have to bring my laptop for tech support), a new hat and a new scarf. I love hats and scarves sfm ♥ Now I am looking forward to spending New Years with the boyfriend. Just the two of us. Food, television and cuddles. And then I might get to meet his father's side of the family. Intimidating...but I suppose it's a good sign. Now, off to play dress-up! post comment
